Our Story
William Kasper, aka 'Memo" from the video, worked as a design/construction engineer delivering hundreds of thousands of dollars of memorial facilities, both public and private, during his years of service with the death care industry. The question he often pondered was how families were able to afford what was being sold to them. In exploring the marketplace for affordable solutions, Will found no clear answers.
Reflecting on history, he would think of how a person's life cycle (birth to death) was typically celebrated by their local church community, which included final memorialization on a church's property. But over time, the church gave way to public cemeteries due to increasing land requirements with its regulations and higher cost. The vision of Cremation Gardens became a clear answer to providing an affordable and meaningful option to families and church communities.
Cremation Gardens of America is a premier provider of custom-built columbariums, urns, plaques, and the Cherish Memory website, which work together to provide a complete memorial package. A (CGA) memorial garden requires minimal land use. It can be maintained on most local church properties, providing a turnkey process that is efficient and economical. Today churches can once again celebrate the memories and legacy of members in their communities by partnering with Cremation Gardens of America.
